KHOU11’s Troy Kless wrote about Harris County officials’ efforts to prepare for the November local elections in the U.S.’ third largest county.

Preparations for the upcoming November election are in high gear.

The Harris County Clerk began its logic and accuracy testing on Tuesday to ensure each voter will get the correct ballot.

Given the scrutiny of election integrity, Hudspeth hopes the testing happening now is a sign of transparency.

“Voters should know when it comes to Harris County we mean business, and we mean the right business. That is making sure we serve all voters, no matter your political perspective or thoughts, we serve all voters with efficient and safe elections here in Harris County,” Hudspeth said.
